If you’re ever in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by SubZero Nitrogen Ice Cream—it’s not just dessert, it’s an experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but what truly made this visit special was the gentleman behind the counter. A sweet, middle-aged man with a kind smile and infectious enthusiasm, he didn’t just make ice cream, he created a moment to remember. He took the time to ask about my flavor preferences, walked me through the nitrogen process with genuine excitement, and crafted a cup of creamy perfection with so much care it felt like a small act of art. The texture of the ice cream was incredibly smooth, the flavor rich and satisfying, and watching it being made fresh right in front of me was half the fun. But what really stood out was the human touch—this wasn’t just customer service, it was hospitality at its finest. Thank you for the delicious treat and the lovely memory. I’ll absolutely be back, and next time, I’m bringing friends.
It was our first time here, and we had no idea what to expect. It was really cool to see how they made the ice cream using the nitrogen. The only knock on the experience is the wait time because of how the ice cream is made, but the quality and taste make up for it.
Very off putting vibe. May be a money laundering front. Surprise baked potatoes. 10/10 would visit again.
