I visited this past Saturday evening with my family. We had never been to this type of ice cream place so all of the options were a bit overwhelming. The employees did a good job of explaining the process as well going over all of the available options. Additionally, having a gluten allergy, they were especially sensitive to this and explained the options as well as offered a hand out of allergen-specific items. My nephew enjoyed the available board games as well. Everything was made to perfection and we will definitely be back. They also have a to go freezer of ready-made treats which is good to know in a pinch.

Went there one night and had a fantastic experience. The employees seem like they were new by getting their foot in the door but they were both fantastic and wonderful to have witness the creation and making our ice cream. They were extremely nice and kind and explained everything to us of how to make our ice cream with the processes and whatnot. We asked if we could record and they emphasize that it was expected, welcomed and even asked about tagging them in a post. After leaving the shop and got a taste of our first time ever liquid nitrogen ice cream, our minds were blown away and we were delighted. Naturally unknown to them, we drove a little over an hour just to taste the ice cream and enjoy the experience from Somerville. 10:10 would do that again! Can't believe they never got a deal from shark tank with that amazing idea

Fun place to go to get delicious ice cream. Think of it as a modern version of Cold Stone Creamery. You get to watch them transform your personal selection to ice cream using liquid nitrogen. The nice thing is they understand food dietary restrictions including Celiac. There were able to make a sundae for my daughter carefully avoiding any cross contaminations. We loved it here and we'll be going back soon!
